Freshman Alycin Pearcy carded a 52 at the Waldron Country Club Wednesday to lead the Lady Bearcats to a runner-up finish.
Senior Anna Ferguson was one shot behind her teammate and Lexy Pearcy shot a 57 for a team score of 162 which was second in the three team field.
Host Waldron shot a 148 and Mansfield was third. Charleston had just one golfer on the course.
Makinley Ensey and Camrie Day also competed for the Lady Bearcats.
In the boys division it was the Bearcats who did not have enough for a team score as only Casey Carter and Jacob Burcham made the trip.
The Bearcats have now used 14 different golfers this season.
Up next for the Bearcats and Lady Bearcats is a return to Waldron on August 19.
