The Booneville Junior Lady Bearcats continued their assault on western Arkansas with another convincing win, 39-19 over Mena.
Through their 6-0 start the Lady Bearcats have won by an average of 19.7.
The Bearcats improved to 4-2 in even more dominant fashion, 59-21, remaining unbeaten at home this season.

A quarter into the game it was already 9-0 and, although it was the only quarter in which the defense threw a shutout it was one of two in which there were no field goals allowed.
Mena hit a pair of 3s to twice cut the lead to 6 in the second quarter before five straight points by Alycin Pearcy, who finished with 12, pushed the lead to double digits.
After a momentary drop back to nine, a pair of Clara Diffee free throws had it back over 10 and that is where it stayed.
Diffee finished with 8 points, as did Trinity Martinez, and Tatum Brackney added 7.
Mena did not score from the floor in the third quarter and the one free throw would cut the Lady Bearcat lead to 33-12 going to the final quarter.

Parker Sing started a 12-0 run with a 3-pointer 17 seconds before the first quarter ended and the Bearcats went on to lead by as many as 20 before halftime.
By that point Drake Brackney had scored 14 of what would be his game-high 16 points, Cooper Smithson (shown) had scored 6 and Edwin Garcia had hit a pair of 3s.
Garcia was far from finished. He ran off 8 straight points in a 63-second third quarter span. In total it was a 20-0 run in the quarter, which also included five points from Ayden Rhinehart.
Karson Tillery closed the run with a 3 and David Bik and Blaze Falcon had 3s in the final quarter.
Due to Friday’s scheduled game with Hackett being cancelled, the Bearcats and Lady Bearcats are now off until Monday, when they will open 3A-4 conference play against Cedarville at Bearcat Gymnasium.
