The Booneville Bearcats will host the Ozark Hillbillies tonight at Bearcat Stadium. Kickoff for the Bearcat home opener is set for 7 p.m.

The Bearcats come into the game 1-0 after last week's 32-0 win at Dardanelle. Ozark is also 1-0 after surviving a two point conversion attempt in overtime at Clarksville in a 14-13 win.

A year ago Booneville knocked off the ranked 4A Hillbillies in Ozark with a 90-yard fourth quarter drive coupled with a Jacob Herrera interception in the final minute.

Being the home team in this series has not been much of an advantage. The visitor has won eight of the last nine meetings with last year marking five straight Booneville wins in games played in Ozark. The only Bearcat win in the last four meetings at Bearcat Stadium came in 2016.
