SHARBER, BLANSSETT LEAD BEARCAT SHOOTERS IN FALL LEAGUE

Bearcat shooters Alexia Sharber and Rayce Blansett led the Bearcat trap shooting team in its Fall League competition.

Sharber was the top female shooter in Conference 1A – 2. She averaged 19.3 targets per round, edging the runner-up by 0.4 per round.

Sharber also was the top female overall (all leagues) shooter, again besting the runner-up by 0.4.

Blansett was the second best male shooter in the conference. He averaged 22.3 targets per round, which was just 0.1 away from the top spot. Blansett was also the third best overall male shooter.

The Bearcats were the runner-up in the conference.

In the top overall category, regardless of gender, Blansett was third, Remington Chambers tied for eighth at 21.2, and Dakota Fonseca tied for 10th at 21.1.
