Trace Hall won another 100-meter dash Thursday, topping the field at the Gaile Hainley Relays in Waldron.
Hall ran an 11.42 to win the event.
Hall also had the third highest pole vault at 10’ 6” and was slotted in fourth in the tie breaker.
The Bearcats also got a third place high jump from Colter Fisher, who cleared 5’ 8”, and Brett Welling picked up a point for placing eighth in the shot put with a toss of 35’ 8”.
Girlls
Carah Miller recorded the top performance for the Lady Bearcats at the Gaile Hainley Relays in Waldron Thursday and scored in five total events.
Miller (shown during last year’s district track meet) ran second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 18.59.
She was also fourth in the triple jump covering 30’ 8”, fifth in the long jump at 15’ 3”, and eighth in the 100-meter dash at 14.17.
Miller also ran the third leg of the 4x100-meter relay which finished third at 56.36. Linley Garrett started the race and was followed by June Gandarias handed off to Miller, and Miller gave the baton to Heaven Sanchez to finish it.
Sanchez was also responsible for the remaining Lady Bearcat points in the meet, running fifth in the 100-meter dash at 13.84.
