GOLFERS SHOOT BEST ROUNDS IN FIRST HOME MATCH

Three golfers shot their best rounds of the season for the Lady Bearcats and Bearcats in their first home outing of the season.

With Baylee Parnell posting the lowest round of the day, the Lady Bearcats were seven shots better than the only of the five teams represented to have a team score.

Parnell shot a 51, four shots lower than her average coming into the tournament.

Emma Ferguson shot a 53 and Anna Ferguson a 56 for a 160 team score and Kaci Dewitt was just one shot outside of the scoring, also bettering her season average by four strokes.

For the boys it was Casey Carter (shown) with a 48. Bryce Eaves was also on the course for the Bearcats, who were the only of the five schools to not post a team score.
