Scoring 19 points in the second quarter and 31 in the game, Noah Harrel put on a show on senior night but it would not be enough as the Eagles pulled out a 79-74 win.

Besides Harrel, seniors Jace Washburn and Dakota Mattson were also in double digits with 16 and 12 points respectively.

All six seniors on the Bearcat roster would score in the game.

With an exception of when the game was tied 3-3 after a Washburn 3, Cossatot led the entire game.

Cossatot broke the tie with their second 3 off the night and would go on to hit 13 of them. The Bearcats hit 11 shots from deep as well.

The Eagles led by 10 late in the first quarter but Nick Widener hit a 3 at the buzzer to cut it to 17-10.

Mattson started the second quarter scoring with a 3 and Harrel scored the next 10 for his side but the Eagles continued to lead by at least four.

The deficit would again grow to nine before Harrel scored the final 7 of the half for the Bearcats to cut it back to four at 41-37.

A Wesley Fonseca 3 made it a one-point game with 6:58 to play in the third quarter but Cossatot again used a 3 to gain distance.

The Eagles opened a double digit lead with 1:58 left in the quarter and eventually led by 13 only to have Mattson hit a 3 at the buzzer to cut it back to 10 at 61-51.

The difference was 12 with 6:28 to play but it was just 3 at 65-62 with 4:02 to go after Mattson and Washburn traded assists to each other in a span of 53 seconds.

Cossatot hit twice from beyond the arc to push the lead back to six and eventually led by three possessions with 2:32 left.

The Bearcats got only as close as the final score which came on a 3 at the buzzer by Washburn.

The Bearcats will next play Friday night against Charleston on homecoming night and will play the first game of the night with a 6 p.m. tipoff.
